Move In/ Out Cleaning Complete Checklist

Green Cleaning

Kitchen

  • Wipe down counters, tables, cupboard doors and handles (chairs if needed)

  • Move and wipe down any appliances & clean the inside and outside of the microwave

  • Wipe the outside of the fridge, dishwasher, stove top/oven and hood

  • Wipe down the sink

  • Wipe down the range hood and screen

  • Sweep or vacuum the floor.

  • Mop the floor

  • Cleaning inside the oven & fridge if requested by the client

Common Areas

  • General dusting

  • Wipe window sills

  • Check/dust baseboards, scan for cobwebs in corners

  • Dust blinds if applicable.

  • Disinfect heavy touchpoints (light switches, remotes, doorknobs, railings, etc)

  • Sweep or vacuum the floor

  • Mop the floor

Bathrooms

  • Scrub sink, bath, and shower surfaces

  • Wipe down wipes and dusts ceiling corners

  • Windex mirrors and shower doors

  • Wipe down the toilet tank, around and behind, as well as scrub the bowl

  • Dust ceiling fan and lights

  • Sweep or vacuum the floor

  • Mop the floor

  • Wipe down baseboards

  • Wipe down and remove mould, mildew, and grout in shower

  • Spot check/ wipe down walls must be reachable from a step stool

Bedrooms

  • General dusting

  • Wipe window sills

  • Check/dust baseboard, and scan/clean cobwebs

  • Dust blinds if applicable

  • Sweep or vacuum the floor

  • Mop the floor

  • Wipe down baseboards

  • Disinfect heavy touchpoints (light switches, doorknobs, etc)

  • Windows * must be reachable from at most a step stool.

  • Spot check/ wipe down walls must be reachable from a step stool
